How do I choose the right size?
Bangles use standard Indian sizes (2.4, 2.6, 2.8, 2.10, plus Kids); necklaces are described by length. Open our for measurements and how to measure. Please choose carefully — an incorrect size is not considered a defect.
Do you accept returns?
No returns. All sales are final.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Shipping timelines appear at checkout based on your address and chosen method.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on product subtotal over $100. Taxes are excluded.
How do I track my order?
Once fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your account orders page after logging in.
Can I add gift packaging?
Yes. Gift packaging add-on starts from $5 and varies by product size.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry! For any damage claim we require a continuous unboxing video that begins before the sealed package is opened. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@vikavijewelry.com with the video and your order number and we'll make it right. Claims without an unboxing video, or made after 24 hours, cannot be accepted. See our Refund Policy.
I have sensitive skin — can I wear these?
Our pieces are fashion / imitation jewelry made with base metals and alloys, which may irritate very sensitive skin. If you have known metal allergies, patch-test before extended wear, and keep jewelry away from water, perfume, and chemicals to protect both your skin and the finish.
